The Laboratory has been ISO 9001 certified since 2016, testifying to a sound Quality Management System (QMS) that is focused on continuous improvement, customer and user satisfaction and process efficiency. Each step, from receiving the sample to delivering the final report, is managed through documented procedures that are monitored and constantly updated to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness.
In June 2025, we were awarded the ISO 15189 certification, which is specific for medical laboratories: this recognition certifies our technical competence, professional integrity and rigorous risk control. It also certifies the accuracy of the tests, the traceability of results, continuous staff training and the ongoing validation of methods and equipment.
