The laboratory was founded in Padua within the diagnostic systems company EUROIMMUN Italia, initially to support its customers. The EUROIMMUN Italia laboratory has evolved and organized itself over the years and is currently a private ISO-15189 accredited facility capable of performing numerous activities, including diagnostics, research, third-party validations, and training.
One of the main services concerns diagnostics (second opinion and service) for which the laboratory performs analysis and in-depth investigations on samples of doubtful interpretation, complex pictures or discrepant results.
The other predominant aspect is research (studies and scientific collaborations) carried out independently and/ or in collaboration with several Italian and international key opinion leader, reference centers, scientific societies and with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and diagnostic companies.
