Anti-Zic4 antibodies are diagnostic markers for the serological diagnosis of paraneoplastic neurological syndromes and are typically detected in the context of cerebellar degeneration. Anti-Zic4 antibodies are associated with small-cell lung carcinoma (SCLC).
